How does Fanloop make money if it's free for organizers?
Fanloop charges a single, transparent service fee to the ticket buyer at checkout that covers payment processing, software usage, referral rewards infrastructure, fraud protection, and 24/7 support. You keep 100% of the face value of the ticket price you set.
How does the built-in Buyer Referral Engine work?
Every attendee who purchases a ticket automatically receives a unique tracked referral link. When their friends use that link to purchase tickets to your event, the original buyer receives automatic cashback or discounts on their ticket (e.g. 2 friends = 10% refund, 5 friends = 30% refund, 8 friends = 100% FREE ticket). This generates on average 20% more ticket sales with zero ad spend.
When and how do I receive my ticket payouts?
We support daily direct payouts via Stripe in eligible countries (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc.) and Xendit in Southeast Asia. Funds land directly in your connected bank account as tickets sell, rather than being withheld until after the event.
How do Fanloop Capital advances work?
Eligible event organizers, venues, and festival promoters can qualify for funding advances from $10,000 to $3,000,000+ to cover artist deposits, venue holds, and production expenses. We evaluate your past ticketing history from Fanloop or other platforms (Eventbrite, DICE, etc.), and repayments are automatically deducted from future ticket sales.
Can I resell my ticket safely if I can no longer attend?
Yes! Fanloop operates a closed-loop, face-value resale system. Tickets are resold directly on our platform with automated barcode invalidation and re-issuance, preventing price gouging and counterfeits.
Can I embed ticket checkout directly onto my own website?
Absolutely. Our lightweight embed widget places the complete, cookieless checkout directly into your domain. It works seamlessly inside Instagram and Facebook in-app browsers, Safari tracking prevention, and mobile devices.
Do you offer on-site scanning and RFID wristband solutions?
Yes! We provide free mobile check-in apps for iOS and Android that work both online and completely offline. For multi-day festivals, we integrate with full RFID cashless wristband systems.
